We all realise the importance of exercise, but do we realise the importance of relaxation too?

We all use so much energy holding tension within ourselves, which could be utilised in much more useful ways to do the things we enjoy instead. It is important to be able to relax, to let go of tension in the body, and to clear the mind of worries and anxieties. This results in a more balanced and harmonious you.

Within a relaxation session I can show you breathing techniques, muscle relaxation techniques, guided meditations and creative visualisations. (These techniques can also be easily practised at home). The effects of colour, smell and exercise can also be explored to enhance relaxation.
